About this piece

A two-piece set — top and bottom cut from the same cloth, sized together and meant to be worn as a pair or split up. What makes it worth having is consistency — the same behaviour on the tenth use as on the first, with no break-in period and nothing to get used to. It comes in 2 colours.

Fabric and feel

Cut and fit

Pattern pieces are cut to a consistent grain, which is why the two sides hang the same way instead of one twisting forward. Fastenings are load-bearing: the buttons, zip or drawcord are the ones the design actually needs, not the cheapest that would hold the shape on a shelf. It is graded S/M/L/XL, and the flat measurements for every size are in the chart below.

Care

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle and dry flat in the shade. Do not hang a wet knit — the weight is what stretches shoulders out of line. Do not tumble dry and do not iron directly; steam from the reverse if it needs refreshing between washes.
