Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
You can check out as a guest; an account is not required. Orders are confirmed by email immediately, and a second email follows when the parcel is dispatched with its tracking number.
Dispatch takes one to two business days and transit is normally three to seven business days. Any import duty is set and collected by your own customs authority, and the carrier will ask for it before handing the parcel over.
You have thirty days from delivery to start a return. If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, the return label is on us and you choose between a refund and a replacement.
Each listing sets out its materials and everything that ships with it. Tape measure first, size label second — the label is the least reliable thing on any listing.
Up to the moment an order is being packed, a change is just a message to us with the order number. Once it has gone, the thirty-day return is the route — and because we refund on receipt, ordering the right thing now does not leave you out of pocket twice. Changes after dispatch are handled as a return: send the original back and order what you actually wanted. That is faster than waiting for a swap to travel in both directions.
An account is a convenience rather than a requirement: ordering as a guest works the same way. Guest checkout is the default, an account is optional, and having one changes neither the price nor the delivery estimate.
Cards and PayPal. The checkout shows only the options that work for the delivery country you have chosen, so nothing is offered that cannot complete.
The card fields belong to our payment provider rather than to this site, and the page itself is encrypted, so the number is never typed into our servers. We see a result and the last four digits, and nothing more.
Expect dispatch within one to two business days, then three to seven business days in transit, longer for outlying areas. Remote destinations can take up to twelve, and we would rather give you that range than a date we cannot keep.
Yes — the tracking number is emailed as the label is printed, so the first scan may take a few hours to appear. If nothing moves for five days, tell us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Email us with the order number and which item is coming back. We reply with a reference and, where the return is our fault, a prepaid label. Please wait for the reference before posting anything — it is what lets us match the parcel to your order.
Refunds are processed within three business days of receipt. Banks then take their own three to five days to display it, which is the part we have no control over.
We hold the stock ourselves, so a question can be answered from the piece rather than from a photo. Where a colour reads differently under different light we say so, and where a size runs small the listing says that too.
Then it is our error, not your change of mind: we cover the return postage and you choose between a replacement and a full refund including any shipping you paid.
Usually not. Occasional restocks do happen, and the honest answer is that we will not keep a listing up on the chance of one. If a particular item is coming back we would rather say nothing than promise a restock we cannot control.
